Important update regarding our move! 🐾💙
Our last day of regular operations at 624 Clarke Rd will be Sunday, January 26. After this time, our Clarke Road location will be closed to the public. We expect to be fully open to the public at Old Oak Animal Campus located at 1414 Dundas Street in early March.
To support our transition to our new Old Oak Animal Campus, beginning next week through early March we will be open for adoptions and surrenders by pre-scheduled appointments only. To schedule an adoption appointment or to inquire about surrendering an animal: Email adoptions@hslm.ca or call 519-451-0630 ext 232 or 233 to speak to an Adoptions & Surrender Team member (please note that email is preferred as the phone lines may not be continuously monitored).
Please note the following details regarding our hours during our transition period, beginning next week:
- Monday Jan 27 – Wednesday Jan 29: CLOSED
- Thursday Jan 30: Adoption viewing by pre-scheduled appointment only from 1-5pm at Old Oak Animal Campus. Building not open to the public.
- Friday Jan 31: Adoption viewing by pre-scheduled appointment only from 2-5pm at Old Oak Animal Campus. Building not open to the public.
- Saturday Feb 1 & Feb 2: Adoption viewing by pre-scheduled appointment only from 1-4pm at Old Oak Animal Campus. Building not open to the public.
Feb 3 through early March: Adoption viewing by pre-scheduled appointment only at Old Oak Animal Campus (Mon-Fri 1-6, Sat & Sun 1-4)

You can help us during our transition period by holding on to items until we re-open to the public: we will be ready to receive these in early March.
